This is a great thread - I remember loving the old carbonatedjazz.com back in college.
I've been racking my brain trying to remember the designer - Scandinavian perhaps? The stuff I remember seeing was prob 2003ish. I was thinking he may be from Norway or Sweeden, but could be Danish or Dutch. I remember he was doing some cool foam core relief wall pieces and used fat markers to illustrate on them. Also had serious digital design skills. For some reason, I want to say he was into Motorhead or some punk/metal, but that could be totally fabricated.
Is that ringing a bell for any of you?
