The new Doctor should be one who you can only phone to meet between 8am and 9am to get an appointment that day. But you can't get through 'cos everyone else is trying to get through at the same time too. Then when you do get through you've got to pretend that you're very nearly near deaths door so that you can wangle your way to getting an appointment to see the doctor.
