hey!
I have one too (great idea of a thread)The movie (from the 90s?) takes place in Hong kong (I think)
It involve young mans with no real occupation and often up to no good, graviting around girls who work in street food trucks selling some kind of treats.I've been trying to remember this movie for a loooong time!
