Im just designing the front end and they're having programmed on their end. They insisted on it.
Would having a responsive site entail creating new design layouts and psd's or is that something they would do when programming the site?- Responsive is mainly front-end dev. Are you saying you are just doing PSDs?ETM

- You will have to show how the content scales and flows, so yes, more design layouts.ETM
- The effort involved will depend on the complexity of the layout.ETM
- It's normally easier to start with mobile first then build up to how it presents on desktop.ETM
