my work machine just went kaput this afternoon. Kernel Panics on boot and shit...
I was going to be upgraded to the new Tower, but it doesn't seem to come out until fall. Damn it. Why did it had to die so young.

- BACK UP NOW. Prepare for new machine still. Do not hesitate, just get a new HD and back up carefully.monospaced
- yeah I backed up everything on the spot via target mode to a coworker machine. I'm still waiting for it to crash again..ESKEMA
- It probably will. Could be a motherboard problem, or a failing HD, or as simple as a loose wire. Good luck.monospaced
