United must surely know who's taking over already. Fergie wouldn't just decide, that's not how he operates.
I can't see anyone other than Mourinho.
Moyes may 'deserve' a shot but he's spent 10 years speaking to Pienaar, Fellaini and Phil Neville. How will he cope in a dressing room of genuine world players about a Champions League fixture? Will they respect him? What if he gets a few bad results at the start of the season?
Such enormous shoes to fill, I can't see Utd fans embracing anyone other than Mourinho.
