I think you could make more out of the chat icon. I get that the upside down "i" plays off the app name, but the chat icon gets lost. I noticed something was going on there, but didn't immediately read it for what it is. And at the size of an app icon, or even at logo size in the app screens, it will be too small for sure. Also, maybe add one detail that gives a nod to the photos part of this app, which seems to be the main draw. Right now it just communicates "chat"... It should probably say "chat about photos".
