Elton John probably got hair plugs, they're not that expensive, probably can be depending on whoever does it and how much you want done. A friend of mine got them, probably a few thousand. Its basically a skin graft, they take the skin with hair at the back of your head and graft it onto where there is none. I saw some guy walking around in public after obviously getting plugs, he had the telling dotted scars on top and a bald line at the back.
