  I'm very tired of things being called "cloud" when they're the same thing they always were. 5 years ago when you accessed files from different devices or locations, they were simply stored on a server and everyone understood that you could get at them over the Internet. Now, that thing is called "the cloud" and it's nothing new.

  They're talking about this at work constantly, "moving to the cloud" "hosting stuff in the cloud." Bottom line: it's still on a fucking server somewhere, with multiple ways to get at it. Nothing new for the most part.
