fadein11, I'm not sure if you work in a big or small market but NYC has plenty of recruiter options, why settle. I like to give advice to my fellow creatives so that they avoid jerks and get the most they can for their experience. All mid to senior creatives should be getting from $50 to $125 per hour in NYC. As a group, if we can keep a higher rate, everyone benefits.
But don't let me be the one to single them out, if people bother to look for reviews they will find CC is an nation wide franchise and seems to be the MOST controversial of the creative recruitment firms. Even agencies try to avoid them because CC has some pretty mean lawyers.
