Prediction: Google Glasses will be 2013's Google Wave — awesome, awkward, pointless.
They will however turn out useful for some disabled and might also find their niche in supermarket security—powered off, just to give the guards that mean Universal Soldier look. Soon to be dropped though when they realize the frames make them look like Larry Page, not like a younger Van Damme.
