Would it not be better to do everything right side up, then when printing have two pdfs, one for each side and get your printer to rotate and set up the impositioning?
Least, thats how I used to do double language annual reports.

- The printer wont do this for you? Then either rotate the second pdf and merge it ...ian
- or talk to other printers and find someone who's willing to work with you on it. I'd have assumed its a pretty standard request.ian
