  One thing that really pisses me off - and we just had it..Is when a client lands the 'we want the files' on you post job completeion. Then they act as if you're unreasonable by saying 'no'. Stuff like this is even further in the opposite direction to royalties...basically not EVEN paying for your hours but treating the business like a disposable commodity/sweatshop.
