Dear Ann,
I watched your programme last night and thought it was an absolute disgrace how you treat your staff! You really should get a grip on how to conduct fair human relations within an organisation, and spending your days watching them on CCTV is not only a breech of civil liberties, it is an absolute abhorent waste of time.
You complain that they are wasting your money and not working hard enough, when it is completely obvious that you are inaffactual in your post. If I worked there I would demand that my colleagues followed me in a walkout and refused to bow to any of your petty rules.
You brought shame on the company your husband has obviously worked hard to build. You should resign, or change your ways - the former would certainly get the respect of all the employees.
It would not come as any surprise if your sales guys failed to hit targets because of the image you have created of the company.
