    Yeh, you need a little back end script to point the form to, it will then send the data from the fields by either the GET or POST methods, and the script can then collate it and email you.
    Depending on what languages your host supports (they all support all of them now, I think), you might try a 'php form mailer'. There are a million different ones available for free. Good little intro to back-end scripting - got me interested years ago..
