I think using common sense would not hurt...

Banging a chick that is completely wasted, borderline unconscious is morally wrong, and I bet rather boring too...

As girl saying mid-fuck "sorry love, I change my mind; now you are raping me" is rather convenient too...

The ergonomics of the equation pose a non-symmetrical situation, where men by default are legally at loss, as physically are in advantage... However I will draw people's attention to the fact that it is not only through physical strength that you can force someone into having sex, so not sure if that argument is completely valid.

Probably the cultural side of it is also playing a big role. I know of many male friends that when younger drunk shit loads, to then wake up next day with an amazingly fugly fat woman (even a guy?) next to them.

Other than feel horridly humiliated (especially when photographic evidence reached public eye) they never considered reporting that as a rape.

We've got a long way to go until reaching gender equality, and to my opinion it will never be such thing. I understand that you need legal grounds to balance things up in a fair manner, but to me it would be more reasonable to understand and celebrate the differences other than mould people into non-existing and even sometimes non-wanted equalities.

    • So if the person they wake up with is hot, it's cool? Confusing regret with rape.aaux
    • Rape as no consent... I think you are not getting the point.maikel
