Colon is correct. I'm not sure when it happened, but at some point people started using hyphens and em/en dashes as substitutes for colons, and then they became acceptable. It's kinda a pet peeve of mine, but it's really prevalent these days. Universities often use an em dash after their school and follow up with a city name, for example. I understand using the dashes in prose, because that's how they work in adding side comments and such, but in simple information, I feel it's best to stick to the classics. Conclusion: colon.
