I think that this is the end of THIS story. Nolan has said he wanted to end it in a way that it would be impossible for Warner to just bastardize it like they did after Burton made his 2.
Warner will definitely reboot it at some point with new people involved. I dont think there's a need for an origin story. Start the movie with Batman already well established, maybe adapt some of his better stories, like maybe Hush (minus Superman), keep them gritty and violent, maybe get more creative visually, and dont have any Nolan-like rules about not doing any supernatural enemies, so we can see some of his cooler villains.
