    I would be more worried about saddle-stitch bindery if we're talking about the tactile value/quality of the book. Personally, saddle-stitch to me usually always implies a cheaply made book, and i've had a hand in producing many-a saddle-stitched pieces over the last 4 years.

    I would say nice paper would probably help your cause though, and different weights might be something that sets your saddle-stitched booklet apart from myriad other cheaply produced ones.
