  Thanks for trolling, but i'll bite anyway.

  The $60K is almost all production costs related to injection molding. Which, if you've ever dealt with the manufacturing of injection molded plastic parts you know that A) tooling for the molds is very expensive and B) most manufacturers require a minimum part count purchase.
