those projectors are so low in power/ lumens that you won't be able to show it at an office setting, even if they turned of the lights, because chances are they still have windows and you are there during the day.
If, however.. your next job is at a bar, on a basement with no windows and the interview is at night, then you are good. But why would you even want to take a projector with you if you are interviewing to be a bar tender? are you nuts?
