Seriously, the Stand Your Ground law can't really apply to public spaces, can it? If an intruder breaks into you house, I understand defending yourself with lethal force, even if the intruder is unarmed.
But in public open spaces, where you're not confined nor trapped?
- are there not examples of one being confined or finding yourself trapped in the billions of public spaces?prophetone
