@detritus: switzerland is not member oft the EU. So there are can be some differences. Realy sad evening yesterday for us swiss: first thre was a suicide-driver in Basel (1 person dead) and just after that, this happens in our mountains. But of course... "nothing" to what's happening day by day in other parts of the word.
- Ah, yes - of course. Although it's a Belgian bus, which I'd presume would be subject, ultimately, to EU law.detritus
