  Georges,
  20 years or so ago when I was at High School, hyperventilating yourself to cause a faint was all the rage haha.
  Never tried it and never will.
  After my paralysis scare I never tried Astral Projection again.
  I do have quite good control of my dreams though and most of the time can recognise when i'm in a dream then have some fun rather than going along with the preset story.
