I've had this many times but no black shadow.
Incredibly intense.
I have actually flown around my room once - was so realistic I thought it happened for a while after.
I found these occurred when I had been playing a little too hard at the weekend, usually got them on a Tuesday.
I have loads - and the feeling of paralysis yet being awake ( or not who knows) is terrifying.
I also know what you mean about it being kind of enjoyable - its more intense than real life so there is something enjoyable about it.- sounds like you've done a little bit of projection!23kon
