    i think the consensus is that we're all pretty much very tired of hearing these terms. it probably stems mostly from recruiters and managment-types who lack enough formal knowledge of the skillsets they're seeking, that they have to resort to these stale monikers.

    i can't help but seeing people that use such terms as idiots who have no business holding a position in their respective field or even being responsible for finding such talent. and for some reason those who actually do respond to these calls; these 'ninjas', are likely nothing more than some uber-geek code monkey who blogs about his technological feats, which for many, are the most trivial of tasks.

    having said that, you're looking for an experienced wordpress developer.
