    Haven't heard about an app that will sync all in one go;

    If you use gMail (or other IMAP mail) sync will be done automatically; Same for calendar - Apple Cal is connected to google calendar so it also syncs;
    In terms of files I would use dropbox or other cloud storage;

    If you have Amazon Simple Storage and use Forklift, you can mount amazon storage as a virtual drive - very neat solution.
