    the HD failure comes into play because when I replace the failed HD with a new one and try and reinstall software I own legally it won't allow me to. The company that produces said software (in this case Adobe) offers no assistance in where to look for help. Their website offers two numbers to call, neither of which are answered within 10 minutes. Only by trawling the interweb do I find out(from other equally hacked off customers who have had the same trouble as me) where I might go to get assistance, in this case the Adobe twitter account (no mention of which is made on their website).

    To me, treating one's paying customers in this way suggests the company is run by cunts. Except for Bev, who dealt with my problem swiftly.
