    You flipped out because you either dialed the wrong number or were put on hold and that justifies calling the entire company cunts? Also, how does your HD failure play into this; you can't honestly say that installing the software messed up your computer, can you? This is coming from the one guy who still uses Quark but is trying to install an ancient copy of CS. Whatever, no hard feelings, but the thread and the rant seem totally unjustified. Peace.
