    sent him an email.. the jist of it was.

    " I'd love to join your team, but I have to fulfill my duties here to their completion, if you can show some flexibility with the start date, I would be excited at the new opportunity.
    But I cant leave a mess behind me on a days notice. Let me know if you can show some understanding on the matter, if not best of luck with the recruitment and thanks kindly for the offer."

    We'll see I guess. It just sucks cause its more money, and its so close to home. FuuuuuuUUuuuu...

    • i wouldn't even mention recruiting someone else, just leave them with 'please understand' and wait for the response. Also don't call your job a mess, its your duty to fulfillDodecahedron
