I miss the Apple menu from OS 9.
I don't use all those apps all the time, but other than Apple's Mail, I use any of those at least once a month. When I need them, it's quicker to go to the dock to open it than going to the finder, Command Shit A or open the drive icon and opening the app folder and then clicking on the icon.
The Drag Thing looks interesting, but if the Dock can hold at least 100, then I'm good for a while.
