Some clients or vendors require their own weird filename conventions to be at the front of the filename, this can be strange alpha-numeric like: 2011_TFE_55331_ as in :
2011_TFE_55331_whatever_you_want...
this can suck in some people's systems, where their list of files only shows the first 10 characters or so, they think all the files are the same, so we end up having to phone-coach people how to widen their window tabs,etc.... so try not to do this unless you really have to.
