i haven't had my done but I know a bunch of people who have. It seems pretty uncomfortable at first. But, they also got sick way less after getting them out. Seems like a win even though it sucks. But you should call your doctor if you think the pain is unusually bad. There are a lot of nerves in there that can make your whole head feel like it's going to explode.

I personally have had a ton of major surgery on my palette and mouth after a bad accident. That shit was really horrible. Over several surgeries I also had to try different pain meds, cos some fucked me up more over others. Vicodin tore up my stomach. Tylenol w/ Codine was the best but they don't have that anymore in the states. Oxy's made me feel like I was dead to the world. I usually opted for no pain meds even if I filled the prescription. It's much more painful at first but I think the overall back to normal feeling comes back much faster. It's hard to (really) work on any of them.

Any way you can stay home from work another half a week or work from home so you can take periodic naps?

    • I did and NOW they tell me it is a pretty nasty double surgery on adults and it might even take 3 weeks to be normal again...OSFA
