Do you want to buy a late 2009 17" MacBookPro by any chance? It's like a year and a half old.
Paid $3,549 for it on July 17 2009 from Apple.com. It basically was the maxed out version you can get when I bought it (8 GBs RAM, 500GB, 2.8GHz Intel Core Duo, etc).
Would part for it for $2k. As much as I like the thought of portability, I want to get a MacPro to support my dual displays better. Right now it's just taking up desk space. I don't really go anywhere. It's in absolute perfect condition and is very fast. I have all paperwork for it too.
Lemme know.
- Still got plenty of time on the AppleCare warranty too, like another year and a half (it's on 3 year plan)fyoucher1
- good luck, new MBP's coming out in... weeks... days maybe.horton
- Well, that's why I'm selling it for $2k. Try getting a new MBP with these specs and see what it costs.fyoucher1
- This has dual graphics card too.fyoucher1
- Configuring a 17" MBP with the lowest specs w/ 8GB ram and AppleCare makes it $3,098.fyoucher1
