It's simple. First of all, GoDaddy, offers Wordpress hosting, so you just need to call them and tell them to install it for you if it's not already. If your new to this, which it sounds like you are, you need to affirm that the WP Framework is in place and then install a theme. That theme could be one of thousands, these days. Either use a standard FTP client or use their onsite FTP application to drag your theme into the theme folder.

To add a new Theme to your WordPress installation, follow these basic steps:

Download the Theme archive and extract the files it contains. You may need to preserve the directory structure in the archive when extracting these files. Follow the guidelines provided by your Theme author.
Using an FTP client to access your host web server, create a directory to contain your Theme in the wp-content/themes directory provided by WordPress. For example, a Theme named Test should be in wp-content/themes/test. Your Theme may provide this directory as part of the archive.
Upload the Theme files to the new directory on your host server.
Follow the instructions below for selecting the new Theme.

Or you can install it via your CMS Admin at http://whateverthefuck.com/wp-ad… after you login, under Themes. However, I have found that process to be a bit buggy and a pain in the ass.
