This solution has fixed my problem... (Thanks Pillhead)

Run Dreamweaver in "Rosetta mode". You will lose performance gains in tasks like startup time, menu response, etc., but the problem should stop.

To run Dreamweaver in Rosetta mode, perform these steps:

    1. In the Finder, browse to Applications/Dreamweaver CS3
    2. Select the Dreamweaver application and choose File > Get Info.
    3. In the General section, select "Open using Rosetta".

Now, I have no idea what "Rosetta Mode" is but it works so fuck it!

    • Rosetta is Mac's utility for running pre-Intel software on an Intel Mac.nb
    • Running Dremweaver in Rosetta Mode probably shuts off whatever features are buggy.nb
