We're talking about taking down domains. Not blocking them. So sadly, moving to another country won't help (if that's what you meant)
Most of the confiscated domains, for instance, simply announced new web addresses once the dust had cleared. So its a bit pointless in addition to being heavy-handed.
- Guess we're talking about both. Wikileaks might not be blocked, but in effect its censored. Which was my sentiment.Peter
