    you could try GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) some people swear by it.

    the standard for protein that most agree on is 1-1.5 grams per pound of body weight.

    also, your 1000 calories is a bit arbitrary. find your mainenance calories based on your weight and activity level (there are several resources you can google for this simple math), then add 500 to that.

    then you just need a good routine, perhaps a 5-day split working out your entire body and combining both isolation and compound exercises.
