    Thanks bros - all good stuff.

    I'm gonna get a multivitamin, some kind of protein powder and something that speeds recovery in muscles (not sure what maybe the guy will know at the shop.) I already take a whole food supplement in my morning smoothie similar to greens plus.

    And I guess try and increase me food intake to more frequent, smaller, square meals.
