    eat real food, stuff that looks like the living thing it came from and is not processed.

    • in my experience, its extremely difficult to get enough protein from 'real' foods to meet your daily requirement... I agree real food is best, but you need to eat (at least) 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh -every day - to gain muscle. supplements help!boom
