    Also, developers look at it like 'Hey, you're stealing my f-ing genius code!". Since we're talking about FLA's here and not AS files, which likely contain mainly design elements, think of it from a different perspective. What if you hired a web designer to design a site for you, and when the designer was complete, all he handed back was flattened JPG's and no layered PSD's AI's, etc? And then when you asked him for the PSD's, he says you have to pay for those...that'd be a pretty dick move IMO.
