I always give out the FLA's whenever I finish a project. Unless you're coding some rocket-science project that no one else has discovered and you plan on winning a Nobel peace prize with it...chances are it has been done a million times over. On top of that, if they REALLY wanted the source code, they could always decompile.
Just hand over the FLA and say, if you wanted me to take care of these changes since I'm familiar with the site and source, I'd charge you $XXX.
Don't piss your client off for something so stupid.
