some agencies chew people up and spit them out every few months.... you might have a good chance at one of those..... if that happens, try to make friends and not get burned out.....
some agencies are good, (not incurably random).. those agencies are harder to get into, but reward great work....
many good creatives have worked at least one or two strange vibe places before they find a great place....
