I've also practised Ving Tsun / Wing Tsung, in the Netherlands, for a while. www.vtkf.nl. Great fighting technique, very minimal and clever. But i've been trained in Taekwondo for 15 years, so those are my roots I guess. Don't believe in superiority but i do like kicking :-). Recently went with my school to Korea to train with grand masters. It was amazing. I have a video if you are interested, shot with 5D mk II, inbetween training.
