  I had one built for me for my first ever content driven site (http://www.themill.com/) about 5 years, and i didn't know php then, but since have learned it and made it better for each client... I even have a bit of drag n' drop in there.

  But for the most part I make it look distinctly different from the site, as not every person is a designer who uses it, and its built so that different people can do different tasks and it all meets in the middle, and the client likes the outcome at the end as it 'magically' gets transformed into a site.

  Glad I don't have to rely on other CMS's that may not do what I want.
