Well, here's the funny thing, turns out there's a well known internet scammer named Liam Young who has a history of stealing people's sites. This guy, apparently:
But sadly, it looks like the Liam Young who you need to talk to is a fairly reputable graphic designer. In fact, he's scheduled to give a talk alongside Adrian Shaughnessy, author of How To Be a Graphic Designer Without Losing Your Soul if you believe his site.
