I've shot the 6 a bit, less so the 7, only a couple times...
The 6 feels great in my hands, the 7 almost as nice, but not quite so nimble...

Mamiya 6 seems more solid body than 7
Mamiya 6 seems to have a more precise meter pattern
Mamiya 6's 50mm lens supposedly has less nice bokeh than Mamiya 7's 65mm lens....
.. and of course, the 6 is 6x6 and the 7 is 6x7
The first version of the 7 seems to have a button that falls off a bit according to a guy I know who has one.. he superglued it back on....

I LOVE my TLR.... a 50's Minolta Autocord, I had a Rolleiflex 3.5E Planar for a while, I miss it... if you're looking for wide twin-lens reflex, only the RolleiWide $$$ or the slightly clunky and unmetered Mamiya C33/C220/C330 with a 55mm lens, but that 55 is nice....

    • I want to throw the camera in my bag and have it ready super fast - I think the cameras you are listing are great but not for traveling and quick shooting...
      grafiske
    • yes.... the fast = mamiya 6...vaxorcist
