I never liked DC either, but haven't read a comic in 25 years (yup, one of the old ones on here!).
I did visit an Apple store today and looked at the iPad. Kinda cool, but what's the use of surfing the web if all the Flash sites just come up as black?? I was quite surprised there wasn't at least a "this device doesn't support...".
That's a deal breaker and I think we'll hear some big fuss as people start to discover that.
For example, Zillow, one of the largest real estate websites, uses Flash for it's graphs and charts (which is 90% of the website). That's a pretty big audience to eliminate!!
On an iPhone, no biggie, everything is too small anyway, but on a iPad there is just no excuse.
Just annoying, imho, already tired of my 3D apps and Autocad not running on a Mac. Jobs better be careful about kicking out the real estate, architecture and development businesses.
