    I've had this same problem. Not sure if this is the best way but I duplicated the layer 4 times. For each layer I opened 'Blending Options' and in the 'Advanced Blending' box, turned off all but C channel for layer 1, M for layer 2 etc...

    Each channel is now it's own layer.

    If you want, File > Scripts > Layers to files.
