hey dconstrukt,
The revised layout is looks less focussed to me than the one you first posted. The content just seems like its floating...and expand the leading a bit...too tight and small for waning eyes. What's up with the 2nd headline? It's centered and the first headline is not quite left justified but not centered. On the top, my eye is drawn to that dead abyss of space to the right of the logo.
I don't feel like you're feeling it. Doesn't seem like you have a good grasp on the goals of your client...maybe I'm wrong.
Don't mean to be hard on you...I know its sometimes brutal posting work here, but its good for you too if you can take it in.
